I went to Ryan Markland Signs to have a decal made of my deceased girlfriend to replace the faded one on my vehicle. Paul advised that he could make a decal of a photo to cover the entire rear window.
While he did make a valiant effort, the photo wasn't wide enough, and he wasn't able to provide a satisfactory product without making it look patched.
I did give a 50% deposit that was cheerfully refunded.
I inquired about trying to go with a different photo but I'm not an easy customer to please 🥺 and I never got a response. I don't blame him at all. 🤣

I was happy the first day I use this company and I make the decision to buy a car sign with them may 5 22, after I explained clearly what I need they told me to come back un 2 days, I did! The sign wasn't what I ask, I comeback and they told me I gave to wait for the person that do the sign because he was in North, seven days waiting he wasn't back, so I comeback again, they have to talk to the owner I come back the next day, they Don't know when the owner will be in the office and they can't call the owner because she/ he doesn't have cell phone, finally I comeback again may 12 2022 and the front lady doesn't know how to reimburse the money, so someone is gonna call me when they are there, nobody call me, so I decided to stop one more time may 13 22, to ask about my money, they told me they send my money to my bank using an e-check that I Don't have idea what is that, but they say my money will be in my account may 27 22, I am very DISAPPOINTED and I never will recommend this place, the owner was in her/his office and never come out to explain me about this transaction, so almost a month to get my money back, Not professional at all, -0☆ for this place!

Great quality product at a very good price. But I can't say the same for the customer service unfortunately. Had them make my business sign and also had them make a banner for me. I realize bigger projects like that take time , but I've been asking for business cards for almost a month and they have yet to even design them and send the proof to me even after calling at least five times in the last two weeks. Ended up designing the business cards myself through Vistaprint. I think they mean well, but it just seems like they don't have enough time to get me what I need.

I give Ryan Markland signs and lighting a one star rating. they are not professional whatsoever very rude, and try to give you use products and charge you for New. They are big scammers. I have heard nothing but bad comments on there business.

They are professionals, in business for 40 years, always nice to us. We own a business and they made our signs for us! So thankful these wonderful people are around! Definitely would recommend them to anyone! Good people still exist!

They don't pay employees on time, they write a
check it bounces, and you cant contact them because they are out on their yacht partying. (Comapny money goes to their pesonal accounts). Employees are forced to work in unsafe conditions (bucket truck and forklift not up to any kind of standard) Owners wife didnt want to bring in employees checks on Friday because she wanted to get drunk. They try to pass of old damaged signs as new. These are the worst kind of people. Just beware.

Best sign and lighting maintenance place I've ever heard of! Very professional work, and will always give you better than what you expected. I highly recommend them for all your signage and lighting maintenance! A perk is they also do neon in house, you rarely see that anymore.
