I'm so happy I found RPM! What a hidden gem... Mary was amazing and so helpful. I didn't get the gentleman's name that was helping me load way to much in my car but such a kind and patient man. I will definitely make the drive again soon. There's nothing better than a treasure hunt for things you need and discovering things you didn't know you needed!

They have boxes and boxes of restaurant equipment mostly like kitchen stuff not not hard equipment and office equipment pins and and lots of folders and lots of things that are really expensive in the store but here their prices are a little high but not bad better than getting them in the store.

This is my goto place for anything printing. Ive gotten my concert programs, Advertisements, and signs printed here. They also have a section where they sell items at a huge discount, like plates, napkins, office equipment, coffee related equipment, printing paper, cleaning agents, and some restaurant related items for serving food and drinks. I go often to get my toilet paper 90 rolls in a box for cheap! 🙂

Pretty good place the only bad thing is that if you have something stored in they’re yard I suggest you install your own camera because they do not have any at all been a couple incidents happen already and although they claim to have cameras in reality, they don’t I’ve proved it already it’s pretty sad I’ve had to install my own hidden camera but other then that pretty good spot

This location also sells other items. I had found an advertisement online. Came 20 mi south to come purchase the items listed. The employee refused to give me the online price and told me I had to deal with the person online that listed them. Even though I was standing they're holding the item in my hand showing them the advertisement. I am extremely frustrated and upset.

I have used their services for several years, having done work for multiple companies, using the RPM services. I've put up with the negative atmosphere and attitude that everyone here seems to carry, purely because I like to remain loyal to local businesses, and support those I've worked with before.

However, today, I draw a line. I sent a work order in, requesting card stock, a week ago. I arrived, and it was on thin paper. I said, no worries, I'll still buy these off of you, but I need you to put them on to something more firm.

I proceeded to, despite the mess-up, make 3 more orders from them, again, based on loyalty. I came back today to get all of the orders. When I asked for one small modification (to physically cut one of the orders, because there were 3 items to a page), they raised unholy hell.

Then they told me that I, as a loyal customer, was out of line for communicating with the owner of the business on multiple occasions, to ensure the order was done correctly. I only contacted this individual 3 times over the course of a week. 3 times, meaning 3 individual emails, where words were exchanged. One of which he didn't even reply to.

This place is a joke. This is ridiculous. They're always angry at the world, they can't seem to smile at any joke you try to brighten their day with, and they clearly have no regard for customer loyalty. I drive 35 minutes out of my way, just to remain a loyal customer - have gone as far as delivering orders for them before....and this is how they treat a customer.

Thanks, but no thanks.

Truly the nicest Owners/Staff...Mary is awesome. The best deals on everything from school supplies, art easels, screen projects, trash cans, disinfectants etc... I mean you name it they probably have it or will soon. Almost like a scratch and dent. But,they bave things brand new in the box too. There is also a print shop next door that can make you almost any print you want.

I stopped by and picked up the business cards I ordered. The final version came out differently from the sample they gave me. I let the owner know. He said that is how they are. They sent them out and make them. They didn't print them at the shop. I told him that is way off from what they showed me.
All of a sudden, he got so angry, grabbed all the cards from the table including my original, threw them to the trash bin. I told him that is fine, but I needed my original back.
He just told me to leave the building and told me that it is too hard to make any money out from me and kept yelling at me to leave the shop. I was also very angry and just felt no point to revisit this place.
The original is mine and I have the right to get it back and get it done somewhere else. Instead, he threw it away in front of me.
