I have had a great experience working with Jordan. They have been extremely professional and on top of everything I need to make the marketing campaign work for our restaurant. They are very good at following up and making things easier for our team. They design our campaign, send the emails, and they do keep good track of our sales. I was quite impressed with their system. Consistency and follow up are proven tools in sales success, and they are helping me staying on top of that for our restaurant. Highly recommend this program if you need some consistency and direction.

Great program! I'm 2 weeks in launch so it's very difficult to assess real results however the team is very proactive and supportive. They will listen to strategy and they also make sure that they keep you up to date with what's going on. I work with Jordan Ago right now and he's fantastic. He's very friendly and knowledgeable about what he does. It really seems like this company is result oriented and not out there just as another expense for your business!

Jenna has been great to work with! We have an increased customer base after only a few months on the program as well as more awareness of our restaurant within our extended community.

I sign up in a heartbeat! Didnt know exactly what i sign up for! But thought I’d give a chance. Theres no actual contact number no nothing! Very unorganize how they run this. Donald burn modules are amazing that why i added an extra star.

They assign me to a coach i i probably met up with 5 times out of 4 months. They were nice enough to give me 2 weeks free to catch up since again at first i didnt know what i sign up for!!! Mind that i had to message them PLENTY of time to ask them who my coach what ami suppose to do!? She help motivated me to watch module and kept going. She didnt even know the phone number to call. she works for them but like 3rd party

But haven't heard from her for 3 weeks! I was motivated to continue but 3-4 months of wasted $356 a WEEK is NOT worth it for unorganized!!! I texted the owner who helped get my 2 week free before bc I wanted to continue and give them ANOTHER chance

I asked him to cancel me yesterday NO respond! Now i just got charge again!!! I probably wont hear from no one for another few days even i message them on INSTAGRAM!

VERY UNORGANIZED for people paying $356 a week! No one not even my coach Angela assign to me knows the answer to anything

Jordan has been fantastic in helping me launch my latest campaign. While it's still too early to determine the full results, the progress so far has been very promising. Jordan provided excellent guidance and support throughout the process, and I'm confident the campaign will be a success. I look forward to sharing more detailed feedback once the results become clearer.

Thanks,
Karthik

Our experience with this service has been incredibly disappointing. From the start, the communication has been poor, making it extremely difficult to address issues or get any clear answers. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via email to cancel our account, we have been ignored, and our card continues to be charged for services we are not using.

The strategy provided by the management team was ineffective and resulted in a very low conversion rate. We saw no significant improvement in our metrics, and it became clear that the strategies implemented were not tailored to our needs. When we requested a refund and were assured that we would no longer be charged, we found this promise to be false as the charges continued.

Overall, the combination of poor communication, ineffective strategies, and continued billing for unused services has left us extremely dissatisfied. We would not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable and effective management solutions.

DONT USE THEM, I used them with the premise I could pause it during our slow times which was critical for us as a small restaurant. When I tried to do this in written form, no one responded. They then required me to book a cancellation/pause meeting which was over a week out, then they cancelled the meeting twice, noting I still had to pay an additional 30 days of service (not being counted until the meeting they keep canceling happens). I’m still trying to get this cancelled. DO NOT USE THEM, horrible service.

As to performance….We saw very limited performance after 75 days and had so many technical issues with our customers retrieving deals that we started getting full complaints and had to start comping way too much food. I feel it mostly only brought in our existing customers that would have come in anyways.
