I had the distinct pleasure of working with Joe Marson as my realtor, and I can't express enough how exceptional he is. Joe went out of his way to ensure my family found the perfect home. When other realtors wouldn't take the time to show me a house, Joe consistently made himself available, day or night, always ready to answer any questions I had. His dedication and commitment were evident from the start. Joe traveled over three hours multiple times to show me a house that was outside his typical service area and in a market he wasn't initially familiar with. Despite this, he went out of his way to educate himself about the market to provide the best possible service. His attention to detail was impressive; he climbed into the attic and crawled under the house to inspect the structural integrity. Joe also provided valuable advice on what repairs were needed and how to perform those repairs cost-effectively. Throughout the entire process, Joe answered my extremely complicated questions and guided me every step of the way. Without his expertise and support, I wouldn't have been able to purchase this home. The sale wasn't straightforward either, as the house was being sold by the state of Kentucky, requiring additional paperwork and several hoops to jump through. Even after closing, Joe has stayed in touch, offering advice on how to increase the home's value. I couldn't have picked a better realtor. Joe Marson is exceptional, and anyone would be in great hands with him.

To the owner of 607 Ratliff Creek Rd: I live in Georgia and was visiting family in Pike County. My daughter recently moved back from Georgia and is looking for a small place to buy. We were interested in your property. I messaged Remax from their website and got an email from Ryan to contact Priscilla. I called the office and spoke to Mary, but didn’t get a call back. Then, I found a number for Priscilla and texted her. She said she was busy but to call the office. I didn’t see any point in calling again, since they didn’t call back the first time. Given, we were asking to view it on short notice since we were traveling back to Georgia, but under those circumstances, it seems like they could have found a little time to show the property.

Took so long (and so many repeated attempts) for them to get back in touch with a key to the property and offer a showing that the home was sold.... Very disappointed and will not use/recommend anyone reach out to this particular agency. Just my personal experience(s).
