I bought a P.O.W flag from this place I paid around 78 dollars for it,had it about two months and it's already shredded.The flags I buy on the average last at least a year and I replace my flags once a year in the spring. I was told we had a lot of wind and there's no guarantee I guess if you buy a flag from this company you shouldn't fly it if the wind is blowing. I will not be buying anything from this company again

I have previously had positive interactions with them. I bought a flag pole and a few sets of flags through the years. Today I went to replace my two flags, damaged in the wind storm. I was ignored for 25 minutes,as employees walked by . I guess I'll do my business with Amazon, rather than supporting local industries.

I bought a 20' flag pole from Regalia. I buy all my flags there as well. They are very nice people there. I love their products. If they don't have a specific flag they can order it for you. They sell other things as well.

Their website is conflicting. One section states that their store is now open (after having been closed due to COVID-19). Another section on their website states that their store is still closed.

I did not want to drive across the river to find out the store was closed, so I called them to find out. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and lacked manners and phone etiquette. After thanking her for answering my question, she simply hung up. Wow, what a witch with a capital, "B"! I wound up ordering off Amazon Where I received much better service than I experienced with these amateurs.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND Regalia. Get actual service elsewhere.
