Red Banyan prides itself on being a leading firm in the industry, billing out at $375 an hour with a $7,500 retainer. However, the principal professionals in the company do not have the time to return a phone call, and the agents selling RB service after two years of employment do not even have a profile or photo on their website. Furthermore, if you're looking for a PR company, don't you want one that receives more public interaction on their social media accounts? Most of their posts have less than a handful of responses, likes, or comments. There are social media accounts with animals that receive more public interaction with no high priced marketing or PR professional. The staff member selling their service, has been with the company two years, and they have not even added her to website? When you are looking for a PR or even more important crisis management company, how they present themselves is at least as important as how a meal is served on the plate in an expensive restaurant. Seriously, your initial customer service is sophomoric at best, yet they had the attitude of Super Bowl champions.
