Worst electric service I’ve ever had in my 30yrs of living. They lie. Most of the time just send you a random bill then threaten to shut off your electricity if you don’t pay it. Criminals. Money gougers. Scammers.

Made a payment at 8:30am and by 9:00 they shut off our electric and it’s some how our fault. Their system constantly tells us we’ve exceeded to amount of payments in 30 days and won’t allow us to make a payment most of the time even though the limit is three payments per 24hrs. So in other words, if any of their systems mess up it’s your fault. Pso doesn’t have their shit together AT ALL.

Why do our mailed in checks show as an electronic transfer? PSO seems to think we're overdue when we confirmed with our bank the check cleared long before it was due (we mail in early because this seems to happen every 2-3 months).

Terrible service. They will gouge you out of every penny you have. Someone should really step in and put a stop to monopolies like this. This is America, we should at least have an option as to who we choose to pay for our electricity. Absolutely insane.

The worst customer service ever for new set up. And that was talking to 4 different representatives over several days. 1 of them deserves 5 stars but the rest were 0. If only there was an alternative company.

This place is straight up robbing people! I’ve had hundreds of dollars taken out of my bank account and I have proof. They don’t care! PSO is saying they never got paid and charging me crazy amounts in bogus charges!
