We stayed at hampton inn and we parked here. Parking is tight and little bit smelly. But the reason for this review is for the young lady staff in the parking lot that was very friendly and helpful from the day we arrived until we checked out at the hotel. Above and beyond customer service! (Much better than hampton front desk)

The old guy worked there threatened me to pay while I did not stop for a second. My car was tall with a roof box. I didn’t hit the hight plate at the entrance, but hit the one at S1. The guy told me to go to S2 or S3. But my car was still 5cm higher than the plate. So I went to the exit. Then the guy who gave me the wrong instructions stopped me, yelling that I had to pay $ 6, because “I made him left his room”

IF YOU CAN'T FIND THE PEDESTRIAN ENTRANCE READ THIS! GO THROUGH THE HILTON HOTEL LOBBY and use their elevator.

We thought we were going crazy. The pedestrian entrance is shared by some kind of club that opens in the evenings. So if you come back after parking in the morning it looks like that's not the entrance because it is blocked by a bouncer. GO THROUGH THE HILTON HOTEL LOBBY and use their elevator. S1, S2 and I think S3 are accessible that way and the Hilton elevator even has buttons labeled for them. This was the only way we were able to get back.

DO NOT CHARGE YOUR ELECTRIC VEHICLE HERE. The attendant told me that I didn’t have to pay for parking to charge my vehicle. I sat in my vehicle for about 20 minutes while it charged. As I tried to leave the gate wouldn’t open. I called the several times and no one came. After 15 minutes he finally showed and told me that I must pay. Even though he clearly told me I did not have to in the beginning. It is clearly a fraudulent business practice they are committing here.
