Highly recommend this store- an outdoorsy person's dream. Doug from the bike portion of the store went above and beyond for me when I bought my bike here, helping me pick the correct size, showing me how to make adjustments on the bike and even helping me load it into my car. I will definitely return for bike maintenance and biking accessories (and perhaps an upgraded bike in the future!).

John D not only helped me with ski boots/bindings/skis his customer service and smile were unmatched to what I’ve seen before. On a Friday evening (in the last moment the shop was open he stayed and helped two of us!! He told me about the grip/different functions and features of the boots. He smiles and was super knowledgeable. Honestly he really brought on the holiday cheer such a nice person!

Good store and selection overall but doesn't really compare to the Sierra or REI nearby - they'll probably have what you need but don't expect to find a deal

Tried to get them to price match West Marine for in stock item and they refused claiming you need to have an account at West Marine which is so untrue. Don’t shop at these scam artists who advertise they beat prices and then refuse to .

Big disappointment today. Went down for the bike gear up. Had called after registering to ask for more details and if I could come anytime in the 3 hours windows. After a few transfers was told no presentation need to be present at the start. Arrived to find no presentation, nothing setup, no one around. The fourth person, Jeff finally told me basically nothing happening because of the light rain. They sent me reminders, would think they could send me an email saying it was cancelled.

Then wandered around checking out merchandise wanted to use a fitting room. Asked and was told location then discovered I needed an associate to unlock and let me into a room. Why tell me the location to then make me search out another associated to unlock the door? OMG, if the Kuhl pants hadn't been 25% percent off I would have left. But don't expect me to bother going back anytime soon. Tons of people working that all seemed to magically disappear when you wanted someone. I loved the no hovering but serious I thought they were hiding.

At least the fitting room was clean and the pants were on sale.

I’m thrilled to have this store so close to home! Truly one stop shopping for outdoor enthusiasts.
I stopped in on a Tuesday night to look for new ski and snowboard equipment. There were two experienced snowboarders there who helped fit me with new boots, a new board and bindings! I left ready to hit the mountain!
I will be shopping Public Lands often!

Online pickup was swift. The staff is helpful, and the store has all the outdoor adventure needs. The store also has a rock climbing facility charged per hour.

Land of MSRP should be its store name. Staff was very nice checked on my multiple times as I walked around the store looking for just 1 deal. Everything MSRP. Quick barcode scan showed pricing 20-50% cheaper through other sellers. Came in looking for Crocs, saw the $50 MSRP price tag. Left the store went 100ft to Sierra and bought the same thing for 50% off $25. If you need it today, there's a decent selection of outdoor gear but expect to pay MSRP.
