This place is adorable! I’m a sucker for good curbside seating and PDA has a great outdoor space. The interior is cozy but has a great homey feel and full view of the brick iron oven pumping out pizza after pizza.

Note: the bathroom sink is operated by pedal - don’t look for the knobs lol.

Ok food: the shoshito peppers came out perfectly charred, the arancini are wonderfully crisp and cheesy with an unexpected yet not overwhelming bite (of spicy). We had the sun gold & oyster mushroom pizza - YUM! Perfectly thin Neapolitan pizza with the perfect layer of toppings to keep it from getting soggy.
The no-bake cookies with an espresso top off the meal ideally.

Definitely enjoyed this Brooklyn gem, and happen to think the name of this place is brilliant! 🫶

PDA is always “exactly what I need” - the pizza is consistently amazing with an amazing crust, the salads are to die for, wine, wings, arancini, and vibe are routinely SPOT ON 🎯.

This is one of our favorite neighborhood treasures - hits the spot every. time.

I loved the thin crunchy pizza crust, the generous amounts of toppings, and how fresh everything tasted. The homemade meatballs on the special pizza almost stole the show. Even the arancini managed to be interesting on their own. The staff was and the food came out fast.

I've lived in NYC for over 10 years and have never had a worse experience. Literally dollar pizza is better for hospitality, communication, and a friendly environment.

We were really looking forward to trying this restaurant, but unfortunately, the experience left us disappointed. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. When we inquired about the "Family Style" menu, the waiter simply replied, "We can talk about it," but never actually explained anything. The lack of communication was frustrating, and we felt like we were being brushed off rather than welcomed.

On top of that, the restaurant’s environment was unbearably cold. Granted, we visited in January, but the door kept opening, making the entire space freezing. We had to eat with our winter coats on, which made the meal far from enjoyable.

The biggest surprise came with the way the "Family Style" dining was handled. Instead of being an optional way to enjoy the menu, it was mandatory for our large group. Even worse, we weren’t able to select which dishes we wanted. At $50 per person, we expected at least some choice, but instead, we were served an overwhelming amount of food—tons of wings and nine full-size pizzas for a group of nine people. We ended up taking five of them home, which felt extremely wasteful.

Overall, between the dismissive staff, poor communication, uncomfortable setting, and excessive (and non-optional) portions, we wouldn’t return. If you're looking for a warm, welcoming dining experience with flexibility in ordering, this is not the place.

The Brussels sprouts were very good, the pizza was tasty. We were just excited to try this place, and they treated us like garbage. We wanted to try their whole menu but had to go with a prefix.

I was passing this place for a quiet some time, but at last had an opportunity to dinner there. It looked bigger from the outside, but it didn't affect my experience. I have read reviews and ordered their famous chicken wings, which were really good. Also, I had a shishito peppers that were very good, too, and the portion was quite generous. I had kale salad, and of course, their pizza. I had white pizza, and I almost singlehandedly finished the whole pie.
The service was good too and our waitress was very friendly. The only complaint that I would have thst they better wash their greens, so I it won't have a sand in the salad.
But overall, I had a pleasant experience and will be back to try more of their dishes.

PDA has some of the best shishito peppers ive ever had. Whatever they put on it is sooo good. Their wings are also really good. I have had their pesto pasta twice and it was great the first time but unsalted the second time. Their pizza is good as well. The only thing i find to be meh is their cocktails. I’d stick to non alcoholic or wine. But definitely a place worth trying and coming back to.

Simple elegance! This place is the consummate example of letting a few great ingredients stand on their own! The confit wings were sublime! The foundational tomato sauce was delicious. Local Park Slope people, if you don't know about PDA, get out and try them! Great service, delicious food, and prompt, friendly staff!

The food here is absolutely incredible. Their pizzas have great texture and an abundance of toppings. I love their wide silent ion of veggie sides and vegan pizzas. Portions are on point. Can’t wait to come back!
