great place to go if you're alone in Tokyo and wanting to meet people, easy to find conversation here with Kappa san working the bar, and a mix of locals and foreigners drinking, on my 2nd visit I was gifted a free t shirt, and somebody brought in a whole cooked squid for people to eat, amazing experience

I never liked the taste of alcohol, so going into the pub I asked the bartender to pick drinks for me, because I am clueless. My god was it good. I had 4-5 different drinks, strong ones, smooth ones. All of them were great and there was no hangover the next morning.

The atmosphere is very friendly. It was 50% local, 50% foreigners. So you can find somebody to chat with.
Definitely, going there next time I come to Japan.

Kappa is the best. So friendly, so welcoming. We spent 3 hours in this bar and couldn’t wait to come back.

Could not recommend coming to this sports bar enough. I read the other reviews and was a little bit skeptical, but this bar is the best. By far.

Great atmosphere, place is small so not much seating but Kappo the bartender was great and very outgoing, he made us all name tags with our names in Japanese, fun. Drinks were inexpensive.

Only came for drinks and baseball, but the vibes are very good! Also good drinks (rum mainly for me) and service is very nice! Also the barman is a chill guy, likes people and isnt afraid to ask stuff and learn stuff from other countries.

Definitely coming back later

Edit: went here later, and holy crap this bar and the barman is legendary!!

What a great bar! Fab atmosphere and Hiro is awesome. And if you’re lucky, sometimes they have sumo wrestling on the big screen!
