The ladies inside were very nice and properly explained everything to me. The reason for the 1 star was the fact that this company strips you of your constitutional rights at the door. I honestly thought moving here would be different since kentucky is a pro second amendment state. Lucky for them they are the ONLY telephone company. When will liberals start understanding that the no firearms sign on their doors would not stop anyone that would cause them harm. It will only stop us law biding citizens that would be their only defense against them. Wake up.

No loyalty or respect to their customers. If you are charged a “Late Charge” customer service WILL NOT remove it, credit you or forgive you for the charge. No matter the reason. It’s generated automatically.

Best rural internet provider hands down. Customer service is alright most of the time, but I did order a phone service months ago and instead of running a hard line, it was just plugged into my modem. Helps absolutely none when the power goes out and I need a phone.

One of the biggest jokes of a company I’ve ever seen, the worst connection for a company that boasts how great there fiber optic is. I truly hope that this company goes under and the people of Jackson County and surrounding counties get a compentent internet service provider such as spectrum.

I personally love their service. They have always been kind and polite. I had to move our boxes to clean my entertainment center and accidentally messed my cable and internet up and I called the same day they was there to fix it and they did in less than 5 mins! Thank you all! We very much enjoy our internet and cable!

Barely works. Disconnects every morning with every device in our house saying "connected without internet" I've tried different routers, I've cleaned the modem. I've unplugged everything and plugged it back in. Still Disconnects every morning and will be in and out until around 2 or 3pm
