US taxes is a very scary and overwhelming topic, for US citizens living overseas. Or at least for me it is. Marc took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. He didn't rush me to get me off the call, and gave excellent advice. It is very hard to get accurate information and he proved that I'd been mis-informed from other companies. Marc and his team know their stuff, coming out of three years of relocation and little support or knowledge of cross border tax issues was hard but Marc has been tough on me and also uncovered a lot of errors. I interacted with Marc from Protax Consulting. He was quick with follow-ups and set up a mutually convenient time for the introductory chat. Even though it was a 30min meeting, he spent more than that and never rushed me to end the meeting. I went into the meeting with certain things in my mind, but Marc provided me new information which I need to mull over. He clearly explained the issues and suggested good ideas.
