I've never felt more dismissed by a business. I have used Pronto in the past personally and my brother's company had used them quite a bit. Work was good but customer service has never been great.
My brother passed away and I went in looking to do a bulk order for his memorial service and the guy that "greeted" me when I walked in was extremely rude and dismissive telling me to "hold on" in the middle of my sentence (as I was trying to hold it together and get through what I was asking for because he had passed away only 5 days earlier) and walked to the back to send someone else up to help. The next guy that came up was visibly uncomfortable but was nice enough given the circumstance. I gave my info to have a quote emailed over and got nothing. Which didn't matter as my mind was made up in the store that I would never do business with you guys again based off how I was treated. From one business owner to another, do better.

$10 for one black and white ink document that wasn’t glossy finished or color ink, didn’t know that the debit ceiling was going to affect us like this. Unprofessional and injustice to our community. This is why many don’t support small businesses. It’s unfair to be charging such fees for a simple sheet of paper. Those $10 didn’t even guarantee me decent customer service.

Actually have the best day just letting my review regardings if people ever need to print to not come here bc obviously a ripped off for paper 😂 but have a good day and hope youre business stays open and hope ya attitude in person gets better with others. No abuse de la gente. Ignorante.

Asked how much it would be to get a banner for the windshield of my car explained in detail exactly what I wanted and how easy it would be to load letters on software. Gentlemen said it would be $80 which didn’t seem to bad until I stopped by all start graphics up a couple blocks and explained the exact thing. All STAR installed and printed everything for only $20

Great place to go. 5 stars forsure. Matt and Gonzalo take care of their customers. I had a few decals made for my vehicle and 1 of them was slighlty wrong but they came through and made it right and were more than helpfull. It was honestly a miscommunication and it was taken care of "pronto". This place lives up to their name and they will forsure get my furure buisness. Thanks again guys! 👍👍💯💯
