UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES! As a follow up to my earlier review, I’ve unfortunately been left as an unhappy customer. Ignacio has failed to address and/or return my balance due of close to $200 for an incomplete order. I placed an order for 72 units where Promogator has only fulfilled 48 units, to date. Further, it appears that my account has been suspended so that I can no longer submit a request to complete the remaining order and my phone number now appears to be blocked so I’m unable to successfully reach anyone at this business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS BUSINESS. They were more than eager to take my money but are now unwilling to supply me with a refund for an incomplete order. I’ve since reported this business to the BBB for further review and investigation.

Excellent company! They are able to meet your deadlines without any hassle! I had to order about 500 custom duffel bags at the last minute, and Ignacio and his team were more than willing to tend to my needs. I was able to recieve my duffel bags in very high quality. I would recommend this company to those who value high quality promotional products in a timely manner!

Placed two orders so far. Both took 2 months. They tell you 2 weeks when you place the order. The set up is $100 for a circle. Lastly the biggest thing they don't tell you is you pay shipping from China and then to your destination. On my last order of 1000 air fresheners the shipping was $132.00. I order patches and lanyards from company's producing products over seas and and the shipping is free on orders over $200.

Very difficult to get in touch with. Left numerous voicemails and messages with the team over the course of 2 weeks expecting a phone call or email from Ignacio, the owner, and was completely ignored. I was a returning customer attempting to give them my business again and was not given the time of day. Poor customer service, would not order from them again.

While working on a project for work, I decided to outsource some of the printing and lamination work to another company. On my quest to find a competitive provider with reasonable prices I came across Ignacio Bernal’s company PromoGator.

Initially he seemed very motivated to help me, and was fairly communicative. Shortly after finalizing the details of the print job, I was asked to pay the invoice. After paying the invoice in full, Ignacio Bernal seized all communication with me, and sent the finished project 6 weeks after the deadline. Being upset, and reasonably so granted that his service was so poor, I asked for a refund to which I was promised one from an employee named Sam, and was ultimately never refunded the money!

Stay away from this company at all costs, Ignacio Bernal and his company PromoGator are the absolute worst printers I’ve ever used through all of the projects in my professional career.
