Ricky worked very closely with us throughout the entire project.. he walked our 12/12 pitch roof to do an assessment, then again with the insurance company adjuster... his assessment was accurate and matched the insurance evaluation.... we got a full roof replacement... materials were delivered exactly as scheduled... roof stripped in a few hours and new roof was completed the same day..56 squares.... although there was some damage from the old roof stripping process, Ricky and company covered the repairs... Ricky consistently under committed and over performed... we are very pleased with the finished product and the reliable on time performance of Ricky and his crew... in all we have a new roof, new gutters and downspouts with gutter guards, and repaired hail damaged fascia. My five star rating is a no Brainer which Ricky and his crew have earned. I highly recommend Ricky and Pro Restoration for this type of work.

Rickey and his team did a great job with my new shingles and also with my new siding. His team along with Rickey made sure everything was cleaned up after their job was completed even down to the last stray nail that might have landed on the ground. Andrew came to us from Pro Restoration because we wanted to replace our gutters. My nephew referred him to me because he has done work for him. He came out right away. He pointed out we had massive hail damage to our gutters ,siding and roof. The ins. company agreed with the gutters and siding. Also a few other building were damaged. I have had neighbors stop and ask who did our house. I love it. We also had them do the roof which the color Andrew recommend. Love it. If I had a problem Andrew took care of it. He answered all my questions. (And there were alot of them). He was pretty patient with me. I am hard to please and they did a great job. Once the matterials came in It only took a day to replace the roof which they did first because I had a leak and then one day for the gutters and siding. Very 😊 happy. 5 stars. forgot to mention State Farm gave me a hard time with the claim but Andrew took care of it. If it wasn't for Andrew getting right on the claim when he did I would have missed the dead line. He was awesome. Thanks again Andrew
