My first meeting with Laura she called me while I was driving to the appointment to cancel. My second appointment with Laura she drove to the wrong location. Had I not been referred to her by a friend I would have done the logical thing and not hired her. Regretfully, I enlisted her services against my better judgement and was also let down. Response to calls/texts were sparse and delayed. We agreed to specific services for a specific amount for which I prepaid and did not receive. Professionalism and customer service would receive a grade of Fail based on my unfortunate experience.

Your response clearly illustrates your lack of professionalism. In any customer service position you will at times have an an unhappy customer. Business 101when faced with an unhappy client is to problem solve by identifying the problem and look for a resolution. You did neither. You defended yourself then as you are still doing now (a.k.a. make excuses). Sharing my marketing campaign details is unprofessional. Harassing me by continuing to text message me is also extremely unprofessional.
