Completely messed up my order. Made absolutely no effort to remedy the problem and refused to give a refund. I guess that's what i get for using a copy service instead of a real printing company.

I was charged $41 for 200 business cards. These are not printed with ink. They are printed with toner. They look terrible and I was very overcharged.

I went to PrintUSA to ship some FedEx packages because FedEx has it listed as an Authorized FedEx ShipCenter. They couldn't even provide me with a receipt or any form of proof/verification that I even left my packages in their possession. Thankfully my packages were picked up by FedEx successfully, but had they not been collected I would have been majorly screwed as the packages contained thousands of dollars in electronics and I wouldn't have had any form of evidence that I had made any attempt to ship them at all. I took 2 stars off because I am of the opinion that any place where you leave a package should issue a receipt showing that they have taken possession of it. Until the tracking numbers for my packages were registered with FedEx I was worried sick because there was simply nothing I could have done if something had gone wrong.

I recently had business cards made and they were excellent. I returned to have some fold over cards made, but due to a misunderstanding with the lady that prepared the order. I received cards that were not what I needed and was also charged an extra fee to have them redone. I contacted Good Shepard and talked with a lady named Jessica and explained the situation. She not only redid the cards, but also refunded the extra fee I was charged to have them reprinted. Bottom line, they went out of their way to make sure I received cards that I could use. Outstanding work and customer service!

My coworker and I needed to ship some work materials but we had an inconvenience. The owner was very kind and went above and beyond he made it happen and gave us some chocolates. He really didn’t have to do what he did today.

Google hours say they are open on Sundays. I called and there was no answer so I drove all the way over. Only to find out that they are only open Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30. They have a voicemail system, so having that information would be helpful and would have saved time. I suggested to Google to change the hours.
