I have been with prestige marketing for four years now for my cleaning service, I'm not going to lie and say that I got a new customer everyday or every other day even. But I will tell you, with using her company for advertising for my business I had 12 customers, I now have contracts with offices and over 100 houses/townhomes/apartments that we clean. Some of them were from the radio spots that they offer, and some were from the ADS they send out. If I had not used this company, my business would have failed. I took a risk and spent $600 and I'll tell you it had been one of the greatest investments that I have made. I continue to use Prestige Marketing and would recommend it to anyone. I've heard that these are scams, that's a scam. Don't try it, it's a waste of money. It absolutely was not. I am extremely grateful that I decided to take a chance, and go with this company. If I hadn't I do not think I'd have the success that I have today. If you want legitimate company who takes time to work with you, to make sure they're giving out the information you need with your name so that it gets out there, use them. I have only grown and continue to grow because of their advertising. Highly recommend using this if you're a business owner who needs to get your company name out there!!!!

Let me also add, when a family member calls and lets ya know they just heard YOUR business on the radio, it's a great feeling to know that your business name is actually getting out there, and it's real.

This has to be the absolute most annoying company I've ever dealt with. They have called me hundreds of times over the past several years after I have repeatedly asked them to never call me again. They took several hundred dollars from my business promising ads and sponsorship of the local college baseball team. I never heard back from them. 9 months later I'm sitting at a local restaurant and see my business name and phone number on a random picture from Google. They never asked me for a logo or anything about my business. They simply put a generic photo up and took my money. Don't fall for this crap and for God sake don't give them your number

SCAM!! We are a small business and fell for this scam. So sad! We really needed our $600 dollars to build our women owned business from the ground up. Not only did we waist precious money on a scam, THEY WON’T STOP CALLING US. Keep your money, don’t make the same mistake we did.

Edit to add: Now they’re calling my business, asking to speak to me so they can lecture me and say they aren’t a scam. The lady on the phone also said “just because you didn’t get one customer from our advertisement doesn’t mean we are a scam!”. Good argument…

If you’re wanting to deal with horrible customer service, and get zero out of your money, market with this company! You’ll love doing business with them.

I hate writing bad reviews I had some issues with a sale rep but got an immediate response from the company and with me being a small business as well after getting a response so swift and assuming the issue will be handled I decided to change it to a better review

I needed a graduation yard sign for my son. Amy at Prestige was able to help me out. I just picked up my sign today and the quality was wonderful, it was personalized with my son's name on it and the staff was fantastic. I will be using Prestige in the future.

Edit: I spoke with a representative after I posted this review and they were able to move the ad to the city I am moving, which I found to be a satisfactory solution. I originally rated them 3 stars, but I am increasing the review to 4. It's not a 5 because it took a manager to get involved for them to listen to what I had to say and try to solve my problem. Overall my experience with Prestige Marketing was good.

Also my update was made after they replied to the review (my fault for not updating it sooner). It seems accurate except for the "I'll give you a great review if you give me my money back". I said "I've had a great experience up till now, and I'd like my money back to continue to keep it a great experience". I view the former as extorsion, and I wouldn't say that.

I've had mixed results with Prestige Marketing. I've used them twice for ads, and the first time they were great. Very responsive, they did everything they said they were going to do, it was all very positive. I decided that the experience warranted repeat business, and I bought more ads with them in February that were scheduled to be printed in the Fall. A few weeks ago, my family decided we needed to move to a different city for my wife's career, and so when they submitted proofs for me, I requested a refund. They immediately called me and said "there is absolutely nothing we can do for you". It was very aggressive and considering the fact that the ads aren't scheduled to print for at least a few months, it was very surprising. If you use them, just be sure you want the ad, it seems like once they have your money there is no way you're going to get it back.

I just wanted to say how pleased I was with Amy and her staff at Prestige Marketing. When I signed on I didn't really know what to expect. I've had bad experiences with advertising with advertising ventures before. It's such a relief to finally find a company that actually does what they say their going to do. And I really liked the Radio announcements that we we're recommended in and the job her at dept did on our logo. I'm truly amazed!!! Good job, keep up the good work.
