Adan came to our door to sell us Verizon internet. What a great guy! We were really pleased with his helpfulness and kindness. Thanks, Adan, for all your help.
UPDATE: Still appreciate Adan’s help, but I had to cancel my home internet (5G) service with Verizon because the upload speeds were nonexistent. It took at least 10 hours of frustrating time with Verizon support, first to try to get the speed up, and then to try to return the equipment. I had to request the return packaging three different times. It took a month between canceling service to when I was actually able to get it back to them. Incredibly frustrating. I would not work with Verizon again.

ECE was such a sweet heart!!!! She listened she knew every answer to what I needed help with she didn't push me she just showed me that I was paying WAY it much with Xfinity!!!!! You think after 5 years they would do everything to keep me but NO!!! ECE was such a help I couldn't believe the speed test she showed me I was supposed to have High speeds with Xfinity turns out it's only 30 up to 60 and with them it'll be 50 across no hidden fees 500 speeds!!!! I have been so unhappy wanting to change service for a while thank you for showing me what a real company is who actually cares about us!!! Thank you ece for everything you are the best!!!! I would recommend her to anyone !!

Just assumptions here.
When going through these reviews you can tell the ones that were requested or paid for. One big red flag is the amount that mention: a fun/unique "culture" and guarantee "growth" without any reference to what the company does. In fact the reviews are obviously intended for job seekers and not about the company or services.

This indicates high turn over. Which indicates bate and switch for what the job entails. Not just my thoughts, One of the the more honest reviews on their site also flat out said this. A real "Marketing" firm would be better at this.

This reeks of cold calls and a boiler room model in a modern tech/start up disguise.
