This company could not be more incompetent and disorganized if they tried. If you are cool with them messing up your order repeatedly, horrible communication, it taking 3 months to get it after constant delays because of "broken down machines" causing them to have to ship it to a 3rd party to do their work for them and then not even getting what you ordered, then this is your company. If none of those things are appealing to you then do your business with someone else. What a Trainwreck of a company.

Do not purchase anything from them. I ordered a hat and it took a while to receive. That is not a deal breaker as it is a pretty busy time of the year so I understand. The problem is , I received the wrong hat. They refused to send me the right hat until I sent them the wrong hat back via UPS. I did as they asked and now they have received the hat back but I have heard nothing. When I call they transfer me to the proper department and it does straight to voicemail. I sent a couple emails and have received no responses. I thought giving myself 2-3 weeks to receive a hat was enough , obviously not with this company. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I came to them with a random order for my staff ( about 15 items were needed) they treated me GREAT, they ensured that I was satisfied, that the design was what I was asking for and that I was happy with the finished product. The quality and options are great, the price was very competitive and I would highly recommend them to anyone no matter the size of your order! Great front desk staff, great sales, just a great experience all the way around, I will definitely utilize them again!

Our original order with Powertex was accidentally incorrect. Though it wasn't immediately recognized on their part, it eventually was, and our order was corrected very promptly and professionally. It would improve their customer service greatly if they worked more closely with clients, especially with small orders like ours.

Love working with Powertex. Sales guys always find me exactly what I need and their design department has turned out some awesome designs for our company. Our company (Suppz) does everything from international sales to small retail stores, so I love the flexibility Powertex gives us of being able to vastly different sized product runs while still giving us a very fast turnaround. Definitely recommend!

Sad to see service does not exist here. Ordered a game of Catanand it turned into an entire nightmare. No service. not modern. order from amazon, cheaper and much faster.
