Pour Brothers is a nice bar to visit if you are looking for a nice cocktail or beverage. Definitely not a dive bar, as the place is generally speaking very clean. Decor is quite nice and the volume inside is generally tolerable. Great place to take a date or catch up with friends. My partner absolutely loves the PB&J Mule!

Our food took more than 45 minutes to arrive though the owner said he timed it to 30 minutes. It did not arrive at the same time, ten minutes apart. The bloodies did not look like the pic at all. Service was less than stellar.

In response to below. Please note I wrote the review BEFORE the owner became upset about our signs in support for International Women's Day that were leaning in the window. He asked that we didn't wave them at like minded people outside and we immediately complied with that request. My question is why would he even think that showing support of women would turn people away? Who doesn't support women? Nobody was going to think those were his signs.

I stand by my original post and I will add it was NOT crowded unless you call three other parties a crowd. We were shown mediocre service after the initial order. The owner was sitting with a group of people nearby and did take our order but refills for water, silverware and napkins all had to be asked for. In discussion with the five adults and two teenagers in our party, the food took at least 45 minutes with a ten minute gap even though orders were placed at the same time. The Bloody Mary's were definitely false advertising as seen from the picture on the website. (just take a new picture, is that a big deal?) The ladies room was out of order and the men's was clogging. It was gross.
Instead of working on timeliness, service issues and quality of food, you are going to attack us for having signs? No worries, none of us will be back.

Stopped in with a group of buddies and we had a great time.

Being from out of town they were great with suggesting local spot.

Ordered wings and pizza. Both were delicious and definitely hit the spot.

Our bartender was really friendly and at one point the owner came out and joined us in a game of darts.

Service was extremely slow, unfriendly and non-responsive. Wings were decent, but took an hour to get, and it wasn't even busy at the time. The cheesy bread was way over-cooked and burnt on the bottom. As customers, we were definitely not made to feel we were a priority. The owner or manager sat there at a table as we waited and waited for food, for water refills, etc. Additionally, the Women's restroom was out of order and the men's toilet was very clogged. I would not recommend!

Pretty mediocre place don’t really get why it has the amount of stars that it does.

When I went in there, I was greeted by a gentleman who seemed very passive aggressive, and it seemed like he didn’t wanna work there. Before sitting down, I asked if they were hiring to which he replied abruptly “no.” in a stern disrespectful tone. It obviously ruined the rest of the experience for me while dining.

When the food was delivered, it seemed pretty bland and didn’t have enough flavor to my liking personally. Our server did an amazing job. The only reason I gave service at one start was because of the initial greet that we got at the door.

Was looking for somewhere to go in Old Town Fort Collins and our beertender at New Belgium recommended we check this place out. She killed it with a suggestion. The bartenders here were really nice & super attentive. Great selection of beer and high quality cocktails.
The most important part of any review of mine is how good the photo ops are. Pour Brothers did not disappoint. First, they have a photo booth that is free and I loved that. I also love a good mirror to take a selfie and there was a great full length mirror outside of the restrooms. Finally, restrooms were clean and mirrors were great for snapping a quick selfie.
TLDR, go here, get drinks and take pictures

Durst time here and won't be the last. I like the ambience, about 15 craft beers on tap and a few big brands like Guiness as well.

Bartender was friendly and prompt. They also have a photo booth in the bar which is interesting. A few Tvs with some sports games playing.

Will have to come back here and try out the menu.

We don't get the opportunity to go out to eat much, so it's a treat. The food was terrible. Tomato soup was very cold, the tots only tasted like a dirty fryer, and the Chicago dog burnt. It was just the two of us and my husband got his food and ate all of it before any of mine arrived. They never checked on us. Maybe we cought them on a bad day, but they weren't very busy at the time. Drinks are good, but don't come here for the food!
