I am check-in 5 AM. They give me door 9 am I still waiting for warehouse guys come and collect the paperwork to me three hours ago nobody show up still waiting on the door only 3 trucks here very bad service

these guys are too professional and check in lady is too professional and so humble .
you can check in anytime they open and they will load you in between other trucks even day early of your appt . if you picking up for safeway they don’t charge LATE FEE.

Very friendly people working here. Very fast loading. They will take you in early before appointment time. Can stay overnight parking available. There's penalty for over 15 minutes late so better be on time.

Coming here is extremely nice. EVERYONE that works here are very polite, helpful and understanding. They will receive you early whether you are picking up or delivering.
The Freezer side, on the West side of the bldg - Dock W - are SUPER SUPER NICE. These guys are awesome and amazing. You're in like Flint and out like the Road Runner.
I have never had any issues at all here. Plenty of overnight parking..They also have an area where you can back your truck up to clean out your trailer. Checking in early is never an issue.

However, if you KNOW you are going to be late..I would recommend contacting your dispatch to reschedule, otherwise, you WILL BE PAYING a 275.00 late fee. Check in is very easy. Have your CDL, Trailer tag #, Tractor tag #, PU #, Trailer #, Tractor # and Phone number ready when you walk in.

Nice place for pick up. Arrived early for 7:00 am appointment and got loaded and paperwork received within 1 and a half hours. There is overnight parking available. Restroom inside driver check in office.

This place is Top Notch 7/5/24 arrived 9:30 a.m for a 10:00p.m appointment put in a door right away load completed at 11:15 a.m and out the gate. Plenty of overnight parking available. Drivers your trailer must be clean not wood or dirt are you will be rejected. They're is a dumpster on site to clean your trailer if you need to. Arrive on time if you're 1 minute late you will be charged a $100 fee. Thank you POM for a early load p/u Shaffer Driver 5stars

Martin and his crew here worked with me after a missed appointment because I was dispatched on this load after it was to be picked up...he kept his word and got me loaded and out of there as quickly as he could! Thanks Martin!
