There are two descriptive thoughts that immediately come to mind when I think about the level of service I receive from Pivot: amazing brand creative and unsurpassed account management. Pivot is relentless when it comes to being on time with a promised delivery date. They've carefully mapped out every engagement we've had them involved in. And, when the scope of the original request changes (and in our vertical ‘change’ is an everyday occurrence) they do whatever it takes to keep to the original promise. Pivot Design is best-in-class when it comes to work product. The creative team they have on board is talented and hard-working. Anytime my team and I have visited Pivot, there's is an aura of creativity, joy and friendliness that permeates their offices (which, by the way, they let our team regularly use for off-site strategy sessions -- the offices are beautiful!).
