I spent two years at Pikeville Commons and I am very glad I chose this apartment complex during my years in Pikeville. The apartments are clean and well maintained. Any time I had a service issue the maintenance team was quick to respond and was very helpful. They were always accommodating of my having a dog in my place, in which I didn’t allow them to enter without myself present, and they respected my wishes and never did! (I know some apartment complexes would just have management walk in anyways!). The property manager was friendly and very helpful every time I spoke with her. I enjoyed the bike storage and the dog wash station available. I also enjoyed the gym, although a little small; it was convenient to have so close when I didn’t want to drive to another gym. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Commons to anyone who needs an apartment to live in while in Pikeville!

Overall, our two years at Pikeville Commons were great. The staff was always very timely when we had questions or maintenance needs. They treated us with respect and were very kind. The provided gym and clubhouse were great perks for exercising and gatherings bigger than what could fit in our apartment. Only things I would hold as negatives about the Apartments is the lack of storage in the units as well as the design of the buildings not allowing for elevators. There are small rarely used balconies for each unit that probably could've been better used for storage closets. The lack of an elevator even just a service one, made move in and move out difficult and costly if you needed to go the moving company route. For the price, the lack of elevators and storage was tough at times but overall the units were nice, community spaces were well kept and useful, and the staff was great. I would recommend people consider living at the Commons if they are looking for somewhere to rent.

I just signed a lease here, and Christi was amazing to work with! I'm going to be relocating to Pikeville, and it has been challenging to find a place to live, given I live 1100 miles away. However, in a matter of two days, I was able to apply, get approved, and secure an apartment - Thanks to Christi! She was very responsive, went out of her way to send me pictures of the apartment (because I wasn't able to visit in person), and got me the leasing documents and terms quickly. Since I have dogs, this was one of the few places in the area that allowed them. Between allowing pets and Christi's customer service - I was sold without having ever stepped foot on the property. It's a relief to have this piece of my relocation journey completed; I'm hopeful that the rental experience will be as good once I arrive.

Speaking with Christi has made my search for short term leasing very easy; she is very helpful and responds back quickly as well as helping me find items for my apartment. I am a traveler and this is one of the nicest apartments I have seen that has a washer and dryer furnished and furnished furniture options, the gym spacious with good quality equipment, as well as the club house has a pool table and is just a good area to lounge. The only downside is that there is no pool or a good balcony view but it is convenient to shopping and is a short distance to my work site. I will give another update after moving in.

The apartments are right in the middle of everything we need as students. The lounge and gym are a great space as well. The apartments are spacious and have been maintained well. I am very excited to move in. Christi was very helpful in working with my roommate and I and helping us get everything settled before move in!

I'm in town for a short time for hospital work, and I'd been having a really difficult time finding a place that would accommodate my situation without draining my pockets til they were empty. Then Christi comes along and saves me big time. She's as accommodating and patient as she is personable (and that's saying something)! Loved working with her. The actual apartments are no joke either! Very nice, and very well cared-for. Best first impression I've ever had with an apartment.
I've only been here for 2 days now, and I already feel like I'm gonna miss it when I'm gone.

Very excited about my upcoming lease at the Pikeville Commons given the smooth process. Christi has done an AMAZING job creating a quick and easy transition for me and my roommate, which we deeply appreciate! She has been super responsive, sweet, and saved us a lot of trouble, LOVE her!

Extremely overpriced. The apartments smells of formaldehyde very cheap made. There isn’t an elevator available. Not accessible for people with disabilities You have to climb a gazillion stairs. Also, it appears to be completely unkept and rundown. I would not recommend..
