Had my car tinted in July this last year. I immediately noticed a large gap on my back glass and called them the next day. They asked me to bring my car back and we agreed on the next week. I brought it in and the middle aged guy was very horrible to me. I agree with another reviewer stating that he acted aggressive.

The older gentleman agreed to have it retinted. This made (his son?) very angry as he stated "he'd have to remove it and cut it by hand"

They said they would have to charge me for the removal but wouldn't charge me for the replacement. I disagreed with this as the incorrect placement was not my mistake. At this point neither of them were helpful and I definitely didn't feel comfortable leaving my vehicle with them again.

I took it to another tinting shop here in Lake City and they removed and retinted the glass in less than an hour with no gaps. The other shop stated removal (which they did not charge me for) was easy since it was already coming up (probably from the guy at performance trying to push it down the whole time he was arguing with me about it being placed correctly).

Last minute appointment worked in without any trouble, job done 2 1/2 hrs faster than I was quoted it may be and clarity even on the first day is unreal clarity. Will definitely come back with any future tint jobs.

Great people, great service, stellar product. I needed my truck window tinted, I set an appointment and arrived late... oops! They were great! Handled it much faster than I expected and it looks great. Clean and done well. The water bubbles cleared up after a few days and zero issues. I had done a little research in the bread and I’m happy that’s what they use. Worth the time and money 100%

We received a quote last week and got the work done today on 3 rooms of our house. They were done with the work within 2-2.5 hours and did an excellent job with the windows. We could see an immediate improvement from the blazing sun and it's heat to being able to feel comfortable in our house and to look outside without the glares. I would recommend them for future work.
