Justin’s efforts provided me with well-designed options perfectly organized to meet the association’s needs. Our acquaintaince was renewed earlier this year when my account transferred to Perfectly Optimized. I find that Justin and his services have only become better! Justin remains a wealth of information. His efforts to tailor his services to his clients’ needs are evident in his patience and well-researched recommendations. He lays out appropriate options and provides balanced feedback and explanations to guide site development. I have only had the pleasure of working with Justin and cannot comment on the rest of his staff. I was left in the lurch when my previous website designer, developer and hosting service dropped me (and about 200 other clients) to become an Amazon Marketing Consultant. At that time I felt abandoned and lost. Fortunately my local print and design shop told me about Perfectly Optimized, which was taking over some of the abandoned accounts. I gave them a call, learned more about their services and decided to give them a try.

Corrie and Justin have been great!! I am NOT technologically savvy, and they are patient with me as they help me maneuver through website and domain issues. They are SUPER RESPONSIVE!!! One time I called them on a Saturday, as my website was totally down and I had no idea what to do. They were going out of town for the weekend, but told me they would take a look before they went. (How nice of them!). A few hours later Corrie called me and told me they had gotten my website up and running and would make further corrections / updates when they got back. How nice is that!! Sure put me at ease!!

More recently a domain issue came up. Once again, they were so patient, helpful and supportive as we together worked to solve the issue, which I am very happy to say was resolved yesterday.

Perfectly Optimized is reachable, approachable, helpful and customer oriented. In these days of automation and lack of personal communication, although they are a "tech" company, they have good, old fashioned values of customer service and personal relationships.

I am not into SEO so I can't comment on that aspect of their business, but in regards to website hosting and assistance Perfectly Optimized is SUPER and I highly recommend them!!!
