UPDATE: THE ABUSIVE VOICE CALL WAS VIA WHATSAPP with the CEO. I have asked for all my data to be shared with me and still not response. So I will be notifying the ICO.

Unprofessional and Abusive Service - Avoid at All Costs.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Pearl Lemon and their CEO. I initially sought their assistance for what I expected to be a professional service, but what I received was far from it.

From the very beginning, the service was subpar. The document they provided was filled with inaccuracies, such as crucial tax regimes being overlooked and incorrect information about mortgage interest claims. When I raised these issues, instead of a constructive response, I received evasive emails that did little to resolve my concerns.

But the worst part of this experience was the verbally abusive phone call I received from the CEO. I have never been spoken to in such a rude and disrespectful manner by a so-called professional. This person was condescending, aggressive, and downright unprofessional—far from the "expert" service they claim to offer. It was shocking and distressing.

After being promised a refund if I was not 100% satisfied, the company refused to honor this and it was only through escalating the issue with my bank that I finally received my money back. Clearly, this company does not value its customers and is only interested in taking your money.

If you’re considering using Pearl Lemon, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. They might talk a good game, but their actions show a complete disregard for customer service and professional standards. Don’t be fooled by any positive reviews—they certainly don’t align with the reality of my experience.
