Very poor service. They seemed to try to discourage our business. My girlfriend crochets and donates hearts to a foundation to prevent bullying and suicide. She needed new tags printed and decided to use a local business. They were very unhelpful, claimed they didn't know how to access the file from her email. Wouldn't allow her to see colors to choose from. They chose them for her. They were horrible drab colors. Then charge her an extra $15 dollars without contacting her first. To see if she wanted to go ahead with the order. They simply told her. We're charging you extra because it was more work than I expected to have to do. "You quoted her the price"!!! Very rude, very poor attitude toward their customers. Very unprofessional. "Don't do business here"

Peak printing did a fabulous job with a reprint of some cards we needed. They were very easy to contact and communicate with! And their prices were excellent! They were also very timely getting the job done! Will definitely be going back!

Terrible people, very rude even if you're in their parking lot moving in the neighbors with absolutely no business parked and an empty parking lot. Doesn't matter how respectful you are being just rude people. I'm never going to suggest selective businesses that have no respect for those that aren't paying for their product. That's not how you do business. A simple mistake
