I just had an amazing talk with the owner of this company. Not only is he compassionate and kind. But he understands what the Customer needs and the frustration that could be with the device or the service. He knows how to listen to all issues and is able to understand how to resolve in a professional And friendly manner. I look forward to meeting the staff to understand how the company works to be able to have worked on on my computer. The owner has definitely made a statement that he cares about the customers and the respect of the customers products. This owner has definitely changed my view on how this company is like. I feel that the other people who have given lower than five stars have had some kind of altercation that was not addressed correctly and there was frustration involved. But if they could just reach out to the owner and express like I did, there would be a happy medium with how the owner is willing to correct the situation to the best of his ability.

As a business owner of myself I feel that when you listen to the Customer, you can grow by constructive criticism. The conversation I had with the owner was beyond excellent. For those who have had a bad experience I would give him another try. It is not usually the owner. That’s the problem. It may be a staff member who is having a bad day. But this owner seems to know that he will be able to correct. Whatever situation is going on to make the customer happy and redirect the staff member to uphold the policy and protocols that the company has in writing.

Each and every time we take a computer here, it comes back great. Equipment, service, techs, location, speed. Not a thing can be said that is not good. price, speed and everything you would want in a service is done here and you will never leave unhappy.

I sent my computer for a diagnostic check and was charged fair. However, I was told my computer needed a tune-up and was quoted between 150-180. I didn't think that price sounded fair and did some research and came to find out they are overcharging by a lotttt. I called a couple of places for quotes and the average cost was $40-60 I went to a store in Zephyrhills and the guy did the tune-up right in front of me and took him less than 20 minutes and now my computer is working great.

I have been to this place to fix my Mac before and they did a good job. But charging close to $200 for a tune-up that took less than 20 mins is a scam. I will not be recommending them anymore.

Cesar and his crew did an awesome job setting up our Unify Dream Machine server with 5 access points and security cameras. We now have blazing fast wifi inside and out.

Steve is very patient. I'm 78 and not very computer savvy. I find that young people speak fast and think you are an idiot when you don't understand. Steve explains it slowly and easy to understand. 😉 And the best news is that they are excellent in fixing your problems. Also, prices are more than reasonable.

I took my laptop to PCLand after it got hacked. I was quite upset by the situation and Steve quickly put my concerns to ease. He was very prompt with the service he provided. He was very clear in explaining things and was very kind and patient. I highly recommend PCLand for tech support.

I took my tower in because it quit displaying to the screen. I told them when I dropped it off that I had removed the hard drive and was using it as a storage drive. I also told them that if the computer was worth fixing that I would get a new hard drive from them. When they called they told me it was a RAM issue, so I asked them to fix it and put in a 1tb ssd for a total charge of $376.

When I got the computer back home it still didn't work. They said it was under warranty to I brought it back to them. Then they said it was the mother board and gave me three options; a used motherboard for another $175 which was not an option because of the reduced speeds, a new motherboard for $375 or rebuilding my unit for $1500 to $2500.

When I chose the 2nd option, a new motherboard, he comes back to me a few minutes later and says they can't do it, it won't work. So I ask them to give me a quote to build a new system and they tell me I have to authorize $1500 on my card before they'll give me a quote. REALLY?

So I keep trying to tell them that I want a quote for a new system and they just keep telling me it will cost $1500 to $2500 to rebuild my system and I need to authorize $1500 on my card. Once again, I tell them I need a quote for a new system, they tell me $1500 to $2500, but they can't be sure because they don't know what parts they're going to use.

So I give them the exact build I want, motherboard, hard drive, graphics card, who makes them, the model numbers, everything they need to give me a quote. And again they tell me $1500 to $2500, but they can't be sure because they don't know what parts they're going to use. At this point I think I'm talking to a wall.

Of course they will not refund the money I spent because of their incompetence. So their warranty is nothing but a lie. When I asked for my unit back so I could leave the manager tells me they'll call me when it's ready. When I asked what they had done so that it's not ready he says; "I'm not going to tell you that."

Overall, I'd say they are incompetent and best and total rip offs at worst, I'm really leaning towards the rip off thing. By the way, they didn't even install the hard drive that I bought from them, they just plugged it in and threw it in the case. (see Picture)

These guys were great! I needed a bit of thermal paste to start my build (the one thing I forgot to purchase...ugh) and these guys gave me the last of what they had in house...FOR FREE!!
