I was having difficulty getting my passport updated so that I could go on a cruise in September. I went to the library and was very pleased with the help that I received from Karen. Each time I made a mistake, she was kind and very helpful to be sure that I had my passport information done perfectly when we mailed it in.
She could not have done a better job. I am now a big fan of the Park City library.

PASSPORT RENEWAL BEWARE!

Visited for a passport renewal. I brought the completed form required by the State Department website. The library staff advised me the form I brought was unnecessary and had me complete a separate form. State Department rejected the application and asked for the original form resulting in additional fees and delay in receiving new documents.

Highly recommend you visit a different Passport Acceptance Facility.

I just went there and got the KanShare library card! It’s great! Has libraries across the entire state of Kansas.
The librarians answered all my questions and provided excellent service.
I already got a book checked out and 9 holds! Great experience! Thanks!

This is a great small-town library with a very helpful and friendly staff. The building is new and has plenty of parking available. There is also a computer area available to use with high speed internet. Of course, they have a good selection of books and videos. They are very willing to get books from other libraries if they don’t have the one you want at their location.

Another nice thing that most people don’t realize is you can rent part of the library for meetings. They have a very large basement that is outfitted with a kitchenette and bathrooms that you can rent. Their rates are very inexpensive and the room will hold a lot of people.

The staff are very nice, and they recently added an additional parking lot to allow plenty of people. My only complaint is that while attending an event, I discovered that the women's bathroom in the basement does not close, which makes it very uncomfortable to use.

This place is always spotless and the staff is always friendly and helpful. If they don't have the book you want they will do their best to find it,and get it transferred. And it is super kid friendly
