Super helpful! I'm a local artist, and I couldn't find anywhere in the city that could scan and print my art.
I walked in without an appointment and they scanned and printed several copies for me and made sure they were to my liking.

Staff is very friendly, location is quaint and cozy.

But keep in mind that when you drop off packages here the receipt DOES NOT scan your package into the system. Hang on to your receipt in case the package gets lost.

My package was MIA with no tracking indication of drop off for 5 business days (label printed but not received), and when I filed a claim including package pictures and receipt, 1 day later it showed up on the system. I was able to claim insurance on it after submitting all of the information I had.

Needed a FedEx drop-off spot and found a new great local shipping and printing store in the neighborhood which can serve all your shipping needs. Both Fedex, UPS available and shipping supplies, fingerprinting, passport photos and Post Office. They have mailboxes for rental as well. Even a notary on site. One-stop shopping. I literally knocked off 3 different things in 1 place.You can even have packages dropped off here instead of having them dropped off at home were they run the risk of being stolen before you get home from work. Staff was very helpful and professional and courteous so come and stop by and see Alex or Alpin and tell them what you need.

It was like finding a diamond. I was passing this store on my way to the Post Office. Stopped by to inquire about their services and what a surprise! They accept labeled Amazon returns, UPS and Fedex packages, even USPS - they handle it all. The young man behind the counter was patient, friendly and professional. He gave me a detailed list of all the services they offer. and I left my labeled USPS package. Thank you - what a time saver. I am so happy to have found this local gem.

Absolutely the best customer service! The staff was so patient, courteous and helpful. I did not have the correct stuff to drop off my package but they were so patient with me in helping me trouble shoot what to do to not have to lug my very heavy package to a different store. I really appreciate the staff’s thoughtfulness in helping me brainstorming different way to solve my dilemma. If needed you can even print your label at the store. I highly recommend going here for any of your package, mailing/shipping and printing needs. They have a lot of additional services that I will probably use in the future. So glad they are in the neighborhood!

They make packaging and shipping a breeze. Excellent customer service. I especially appreciate that they are open on weekends and later than 5 pm on weekdays. They are my first choice for shipping items.

They do everything here, shipping, notarizing documents, printing, scanning, and the stuff is extremely nice.

Shout out to Alpin, Who is super helpful and always goes out of his way to help the customers.

Thank God I never have to go to that lousy post office anymore on 31st St…
