Our first interaction with Pr and Marketing was with a large well known international firm.Quite quickly we realised that they weren’t for us in terms of the “hands on “ attitude we required at the outset , so we enlisted Palm to run our Pr and marketing strategy.
We have been with Palm for over 10 years, the business has grown to approximately 140 staff.
What we like is the approachability of all the Palm staff and the enthusiasm they offer which is infectious to all our staff.

The WORST PR Company in the UK, the founders will tell you whatever you want to hear just to get you to sign a contract, then when they fail to meet any expectations threaten legal action if you do not pay the balance of their contract. They target start ups like vultures knowing full well they cannot fulfil any of their promises. Beware this company, there are good PR & Social Media companies out there, this is NOT one of them

I respected Palm PR's decision to end their partnership with my company, but I have serious concerns about their subsequent actions. After our separation, they hired five of my former team members and began offering SEO services I developed, including the term "Digital Exposure," which I introduced to the owner.
The Google Ads services are now managed by an individual with limited experience, and their SEO services are handled by a team that lacks the depth of experience necessary for effective long-term strategy development. I was instrumental in the success of many campaigns and have concerns about the sustainability of their services.
Palm PR is currently displaying two clients, The Mandrake and VIVIR Tequila, on their website without authorisation to use the performance metrics my company achieved for these clients, which raises ethical concerns.
I need to address serious breaches of trust: Palm PR accessed my company’s staging domain without authorisation, downloading three in-progress websites. I have evidence that they broke into my server and downloaded over 20 other websites without permission, leading to an outstanding debt of £15,132 across several unpaid invoices. Despite my efforts to resolve this, my requests for payment have been ignored. It is concerning that they have retained payment from clients without delivering on their commitments.
My company also provided analytical and research support for the Drake-invested Dave's Hot Chicken, with a promise of payment that was never fulfilled.
Furthermore, it has come to my attention that their team has misinformed my previous clients about my personal situation, which is both misleading and unprofessional. Previously, I was engaged by Palm PR to help mitigate negative reviews on their Google profile. During this process, I discovered that many reviews originated from staff members, which violates Google’s policies. I arranged for the removal of those reviews, highlighting my commitment to ethical practices. Furthermore, it is worth noting that my previous review adhered to Google’s policies but has now been removed twice, raising concerns about their commitment to transparency. I am currently disputing the removal of my reviews and will continue to share my experiences to highlight their business practices.
I have taken legal advice on how to produce this review to ensure it adheres to all relevant guidelines. I believe this review is consistent with Google’s guidelines for truthful and respectful feedback, reflecting my direct experiences with Palm PR without revealing any confidential information.

Thus, while their CRO work may meet basic standards, it is unlikely to reach its full potential.
The owner and I had been collaborating on a tool designed to demonstrate PR performance effectively, utilising tools like Google Analytics 4 and Search Console. I had enlisted assistance for this initiative. I believe this project is now being pursued by Palm PR, utilising that individual’s expertise, despite my efforts to protect my business through a patent application.
