I answered a call from PageHub shortly after I started my construction business in Oregon this year. I signed up and paid for a website with my own domain name through wix.com a few weeks prior to threir call, but had no time to create the website so the help they offered was quite convenient. I don't remember who, but a guy from PageHub told me that they would creat a website for me and if I canceled, I could keep the site. This was false. I paid for them to do something I needed to learn to do for myself and had already paid for. I canceled with them about 5 months after signing up and now my website is down. I have to go back and create a new site from scratch! I paid them $200/mo to keep a site live that I already paid for and could have made live myself. And it also goes along with the other reviews of how PageHub doesn't really do anything for your business, and you actually give them the info to then create your online profiles. At the time, them creating my website helped me out because I was way too busy. But now, I should have invested more time to create it myself. Hope I saved the next guy.

After several months of using this service they did NOTHING to benefit my business or fulfill the promises they made for my business. Website was very generic, with a lot of false information about my business. After reaching out about them not doing the job they claimed they’d do, they dropped my rate for the final month and guess what….. NOTHING CHANGED! It’s basically a SCAM with a phony website they make for you. I made the googles top 3 WITHOUT THEM , and have got more business since dropping them!

Collection lady is extremely rude. Needs to be fired. How are you in business being rude to your own customers, makes no sense. My bank blocked the charge because they thought it was fraudulent. I CALLED THEM to get things resolved and explain what steps are next, and the collections lady was super rude. I would of paid if she simply was nice and explained what the next steps are with my payment, but instead she was rude and kept being rude after I told her she should be nicer to paying customers. After a month I don’t even have a live Google listing. I wouldn’t recommend them.

I used the company for several months but saw no noticable change in my ranking throughout that time period. I met with my account manager a few times and she reassured me the team was hard at work. Eventually I requested another meeting with my account manager to understand what the marketing team was actually doing for me but in the end she only agreed to pull up my performance numbers and send them to me. A week went by and she didn't contact me so I cancelled my subscription.

I wish I would have read all these reviews before spending my any of my companies limited budget for advertising. I was told personally by the owner of this company that my company would be in the "top 3" on Google maps. I saw this for 1 week and was so excited to have thought I had found my advertising answer, however after 1 short week I'm lower than I was previously. I would like to that i have a perfect 5 star rating being out ranked by business's that have a lesser review ranking. I am on a 1 month money back guarantee trial period because of my skepticism with advertising companies. I have made a phone call and spoke with a lady who's saying that they're working on it. Because I'm a man of integrity and believe honesty is the only way to go in business, I'm leaving a 5 star review in good faith that this outfit has the capability of doing exactly what they say. Additionally I'm putting up 2 pictures showing my current position on Google maps witch isn't what we agreed upon however once they get me back up to the top 3 I'll delete these and put the one with promised results up. If I don't get the promised results I'll be honest and post the outcome and unfortunately have to change the review. My company is the one with the blue check beside it. I'll update this review honestly with my results.

So far so good. They’ve done everything they said they would. Communication has been great. There were some issues with the Webb page at first, but they came through and got all the issues fixed. No complaints here.
