I’d give 6 stars if I could! These folks saved my bacon after I dropped the ball on designing a couple shirts for an event. The shirts were well priced, well made, and were a huge hit! I can’t wait to work with them again to make giveaway shirts. Thank you so much!!! Oh, and customer service was top tier. 🥳

Oregon Design Shop Did a Great Job on my Business Logo For my Vehicle. Dropped one Star because there was such a delay on getting my logos, about a month.
They were able to install them pretty much the same day once done and greatly appreciated that they worked with my schedule.
David installed my logos perfectly and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks David you did a great job.

Disheartened by how I was treated by the “owner” Sarah. First my phone call was pleasant and she was happy to get my order done by Friday(called in the afternoon Thursday for two transfer sheets— was assured this was enough time. She missed my email. Admitted it to me that she did. And then proceeded to charge me a rush fee when this was not agreed upon or mentioned. Turning the blame around on customers because you aren’t doing your due diligence is wrong. Not surprised by the lack of customer service spfld isn’t known for it 😀

I only gave it one star, because zero stars was not an option. I’ve had nothing but issues with Oregon design shop from the start. Delay after delay, excuse after excuse. Promises made, and no promises kept. Was told hats that I wanted were in stock and would be embroidered in two weeks. I paid in full upfront in the hopes that this was true. A month went by with no word from anyone. I called in to get a status update and they did not even know if they had the hats in stock. No one knew anything. They said once they find the hats, then I was quoted another month for embroidery. I canceled my order and asked for a refund and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I do not recommend Oregon design shop. Very unprofessional top to bottom.

The folks at Oregon Design Shop do great work at decent prices, and work with our schedule and needs to ensure that we have logo products when we travel to trade shows. They go out of their way for us every time, and even let us park in front their shop like we own the place.
