Christine Gronlund should be fired as a GAL. Other GALs in other counties do not respect her. She creates issues that do not exist and harbors resentment even if you did nothing wrong. She fails to put the child first, instead she puts her own agenda. She believes her say holds more weight than a Judge's or other key professionals. She circumvents orders and biases court personnel. She fails to protect the child and starts arguments with any one who disagrees with her, even other court personnel. She will not allow anyone the opportunity to change. She believes past discretion dictate future, so how does anyone learn or grow. Their is no opportunity for that. I have tried to remove and change her from my case but do to being pro se the system fails me. I proven over and over again that the Guardians are an issue and she refuses to listen. Labeling and diagnosing individuals as mentally ill with out a license to do so. Discrets forensic psychologists who proved she was wrong. Attorneys who proved she was biased. She refuses to work with the parents, especially if pro se litigants. She caused one father to commit suicide. She is not held accountable and one day she will hurt a child by doing this. She has told people I have a mental health disorder even though I proved I do not, now she is diagnosing my child as adhd because of "domestic violence " when that did not even occur and adhd is not because of trauma. saying my daughter lies when she is 6. She refuses to acknowledge a licensed therapist from a reputable organization because she fears they are not able to sway them. She prevents parents from obtain student files which is against the education act by telling schools that I lost my rights, which I have not. Refuses to give me updates on my child, and allows the guardians to refuse visits or interfere which is against judicial orders for proper conduct. She has to be reminded constantly to do her job. She has some kind of relationship with the guardians attorney Lisa Torneten that should be addressed by the judge. She is unfit for her position and should be removed. Even the bar association refuses to acknowledge how she is ruining families and will not reprimand her actions. Judges and other attorneys are afraid of her retaliatory nature. This is not the behavior of a GAL and goes against THEIR guidelines.. SHE NEEDS TO BE STOPPED.

Dear Honorable Judge Deason

I, Fallon Fossum am respectfully asking you Judge Deason to read while having the understanding heart of a husband, father, provider and best friend. Hopefully you will be able to find compassion to genuinely accept my deepest apologies for all of the numerous posts on the internet including Facebook. It was a sad, impulsive action that I admit and own full responsibility. From my heart to you and your family I am Sorry. Feeling helpless and being over one-thousand miles away, it has been a challenge to get my thoughts to work concurrent with my actions during these difficult months that my husband has been detained. My behavior was undeniably inappropriate and immature. I was not thinking of how far the ripple would travel after a raindrop falls on the ocean. The words were only reflections of how devastated I was with everything going on. I directed my anger towards innocent persons whom did not deserve it. None of the cretinous things written or portrayed in my words were a real depiction of Judge Deason or the Oklahoma County Court system.
Though I can not explain how hamed I feel and repulsed on the horrible impression of my own character I displayed publicly. I can not even begin to try to convince you how acute this behavior is for me.Regretfully I did this in the irrational moments of panic and terror. With no one willing any information and I have realized the damages that i have continued to cause and distracting you and others from focusing on getting my husband home quickly, healthy and unharmed.
It is embarrassing and shameful to admit that the result of my selfish actions did not get anything positive accomplished. I am hoping that you will accept this apology wholeheartedly so that we can move forward. I hope to remove and destroy anything i have written or posted that shows and false and/or negative light of Honorable Judge Deason or Oklahoma County Court System. I wish nothing more for you and your family to heal from the damage i have caused. Also to reset your view of me as a human being. i'm starting with this letter also to remind myself of the consequences of hasty decision making costs. I will rebuild a positive rapport with you. I will never duplicate such a thoughtless actions all the while learning to recognise when to keep my opinions documented locked without a key to my inner monologue.
Again, I am sorry for my actions and I hope that we can put this matter behind us. I look forward to being in your state in a week or less. If you have any thoughts in this, please feel free to contact me. You may contact me at your convenience
Sincerely,

Fallon L. Fossum

Just because it's free doesn't mean it should be terrible. Claims to be open but literally has not accepted my calls or returned voice mail like they say since they were assigned to me. If you can afford it I highly recommend switching to an actual lawyer who has time for you and actually tries to fight for your rights.
