I visited this store yesterday and bought a leather office chair. David Darling was the person who helped me with this purchase. He was very helpful, most accommodating and just plain pleasant. Everyone in the store was very customer-oriented and seemed genuinely happy to be there and to help you. I will definitely go back to this store again! By the way, they had a lot of chairs to choose from AND they put it together for me and loaded it in my car!

Javere is great. He is the most helpful employee at this Office Depot. He will help customer after customer while I have seen the manager and other employees walk away...probably doing something else than helping customers. Thanks for all of the help you have given me at the copy center.

My wife was in office depot today when she recieved great customer service from an employee named Jersey. My wife said all the printers were down and Jersey was able to assist her while also helping several others and assisting another employee at the store with a medical situation that required an ambulance to respond! My wife thought Jersey performed at a very high level while remaining calm during a very chaotic time! She felt if Jersey wasn’t a manager he should be! My wife’s name is Denise Jensen.

David was excellent help! I walked in only knowing i needed a printer for my comic book im working on, I explained to him, and he showed me the economy model, the better one and the best printer for what Im doing. He also knew it was on sale and could bundle with ink, paper and 2 year warranty. He saved me like $80 and I got everything I need to confidently continue my project, for the same price as the entry model! Great way to start the year! Thanks David!

I just want to shout-out the printing department. The entire team. I faithfully use you all for any party I host and even if I submit my items late, I can always call and you guys make it happen! You are truly the best and have no idea how many times you’ve saved my procrastinating behind! Most recently I believe it was Javier who helped to ensure I had my stuff printed in time for my party. Keep putting your customers first and doing what’s right! I’ll recommend you always!

Would be a 5 star review, if there was no panhandling and harassment at their front door. (see pics) They might want to remove him as it makes for an unpleasant experience.

The place inside is redesigning, clean and spacious. From fast printing services, to hand sanitizer, to office desks, they have it all. I met the new assistant manager who was very informative and helpful.

They did my printing in just a few minutes. Will definitely recommend these folks once they remove the panhandling at the front door. Then I'll give them a 5 star review.

“Key” at the store in Leesburg was amazing. Engaging, professional, patient and knowledgeable. The world could use a lot more like this young man!
