I met the Bob, the owner of NeedSEO during a luncheon for a political course and was initially impressed by his expertise in SEO and geofencing solutions. We shared similar political views, and I was excited to potentially work with someone who understood my values and could help address my business challenges. My business has been struggling this year with lower customer counts and declining revenue, so his claims of having helped businesses in the same industry achieve great results sounded promising.

Unfortunately, my experience with NeedSEO fell far short of expectations. While the owner was eager to start business negotiations and presented himself as an expert, issues arose early in the process. Although we verbally agreed that I could cancel at any time during the first two months, the contract he drafted included a mandatory two-month commitment, which I signed without carefully examining the changed language.

During the implementation phase, it became evident that the company lacked the technical and artistic resources needed to deliver on their promises. This led to delays in launching the campaign, which was pushed back by more than a week. Despite paying thousands of dollars for the first month, the campaign failed to generate a single lead.

I raised my concerns immediately, questioning whether the product worked at all or if their team was competent enough to implement it effectively. The owner, however, insisted I honor the two-month commitment, which I did.
