We reviewed 3 Engineers for the construction of our driveway and river crossing of the Rio De Flag. I met Mike onsite initially and was impressed with his knowledge of the River, past workings with the City of Flagstaff, and thoughtfulness of the natural path of the River, but didn't think I could afford his level of expertise. After bids were all submitted, NCD was right in line with price and detail on the bid was great, so we selected them. Throughout the entire process (during COVID, by the way), Mike and NCD guided us through the City approval process while we were in Tucson, kept on budget, obtained our Grading Permit, and have provided support, expertise, and referrals AFTER the invoice was paid in full. This wasn't a typical driveway, as its nearly 1500ft long, in a floodway, has an armored low water crossing of the RDF, and is in the Flagstaff City Limits. I respect top shelf service and am critical of bad service. Having said that, 5 stars is not a high enough rating of Natural Channel Design and Mike Kearly. If you need their type of service- you will not be disappointed.
