We at Lion Home Service in Fort Collins, CO have been very pleased with our partnership. Nationwide has been incredibly accommodating to our requests, taking feedback about their agents and are fantastic communicators.
We recently moved to AI and moved immediately back to Nationwide. Their call center is far superior to any alternatives. I highly recommend their services, Gordon & Lauren.

Very disappointed. We have several offices which we entrusted them with for years. We tried to speak with them and were routed from person to person to discuss our contract. They were clearly avoiding speaking with us as it took many days before someone responded that had some type of potential pull in this company.

Wasted hours of time being told one employee would help me then sent the next employee who said the same thing, then another. It was ridiculous. We needed their assistance to simply discuss the fee which they were not willing to go down once vent from their rate per minute for call. They kept trying to step around and just seemed completely evasive.

After all of the effort they still did not have a person call me that could do anything but tell me they were not going to budge. The general attitude was they did not care about our loyalty and tried to throw some small discount on about something that did not even make sense for them to charge for. Which did not help at all. This company has bad business sense, stay far away. They will overcharge and keep going up in pricing every year for the same services.

There are other business’ that would have worked with us. They would have made so much money with our company but they were so greedy they wouldn’t go down a cent to their pricing of their calls per minute reasonably. They gave a discount years ago and thought that was fair after all the money they made off our several company locations. Then on top of that they spoke down to our staff trying to pretend they were in the wrong for trying to just reason with them. Respectful is earned not given as a client. They have lose respect.

Do not waste your money. This is a very honest review. This company gaslights because they think they can outsmart being fair to their long standing customers. Disgraceful, unapologetic and bad at basic business. Do not entrust your company to this company. There is much better pricing and service out there.

We have been very pleased with our partnership with Nationwide Inbound. Their service integrates seamlessly with our dispatch software and has removed the responsibility of booking overtime calls from our techs. This has cut back on errors and we believe it has increased the number of after hours calls we are completing.

We have been using Nationwide for about 18 months. Initially they were fantastic, responsive, and reliable. For the last several months the service has become downright derelict. To the point our digital marketing partners started recommending other services. I continued to use nationwide while interviewing a replacement.

I cant wait anymore, this week alone we had 28 people hang up while on hold. After listening to the calls, I found hold times OVER 9 MINUTES! I lost over $22,000 in business this week alone because Nationwide never even answered the phone.

If you are looking for a partner for your business, keep looking. There's a reason the only good review they have had in the last year is from an employee.

This customer service will not send a message out if it does not aquire 2 pieces of personal info, but still charge the clients for hold times as well as the call. Their clients lose customers for those resason because theyre trained to not send messages unless there are 2 pieces of personel info. I had to speak with my lawyer and didnt want to provide my name so the measage never was sent. Terrible answering service they only care about the money not their clients. They take on clients knowing they cant provide services for them.low staffing and didnt pay their workers for breaks. They are currently going through a lawsuit for not paying their employes. Garbage trash answering service.
