Clint was our service technician for fiber Internet access. Having dealt with service technicians for many years it’s my pleasure to say that Clint was one of the best I’ve ever seen. We've had service with NATCO for 4 1/2 years and the service has been spotty most of that time. We called and asked about getting a new router and they scheduled a tech to come out to be sure there weren't any other problems. Clint came out and was surprised to see how bad the condition of our line to the house was. He replaced the line and protector and installed a new router. Our service is better than it has ever been! Clint was polite, professional, and we greatly appreciate him taking the time to get our problems resolved.

We suddenly lost internet. We were out all day and night.
Natco sent Clint to our rescue. He found the issue with the wiring, replced our outdated modem with a newer one. Explained everything with us. We were very happy with this gentleman.
Our problem was we didn't think we needed his assistance to get the desk top running with the new password. Our bad all the way.
Now a busy man has to come back because we thought we knew what to do.

We are now looking forward to his return to get us up and going.

Clint returned today and brought Mikey with him. They had their work cut out as the computer diagnostics showed a problem internally. Well those gentlemen had to hard wore the desk top to the router, which required one of them to have to crawl around under the house. That would be Mikey. Built for the job.

They got it done, cleaned everything up like they hadn't been here and werr off to enjoy their evening.

Waited all weekend no internet not even a tech came out. Lvl one couldn’t do anything to help so they sent a lvl two that has never showed up all weekend.

how is everyone else getting 6 mbps i get max 1.1mbps sometimes as low as kbps. Takes days to download. I don’t know how internet this bad is even possible in 2024.

We moved here in June 2019. Got NATCO internet because we were told they would have fiber optic at our address by the end of 2019. It’s November 2023 and we still have basically dial-up. We’ve had to cancel our satellite cable provider because the Wi-Fi wouldn’t stay connected to run the hoppers. We pay over $100 a month to house their equipment in our home that is junk. Not to mention we even bought an extender from them because they lied to us and said we needed it. The community needs to rally together to bring a better internet provider in. One without all the lame excuses for terrible service and one that won’t lie to your face about their products or avoid customer complaints due to lack of answers or resolutions for them.
