One of their reps Luke came by one day in our neighborhood and helped me out with our internet and TV, along with a bunch of my neighbors he was able to drop my bill $50 a month and taught me about the ins and outs of the internet world. Was very patient and informative. Young man was very good at his job and treated me like a family member. Was a very refreshing experience.
