This company is THE PLAGUE!!!! For over 6 months I have actively trying to cancel my service. 63 emails stating cancellation. 4 emails in response from Mood Media confirming cancellation. Another monthly service bill. I never had a technician come and install services. Past due bills for a service I have never received. Constantly getting harassed with phone calls asking for payments. Every time I explain my situation it’s the same old confusion. Stop calling me and preying on businesses you rotting corporate losers

The worst customer service and the documentation is completely flawed. The service reps have no clue and can’t help you when you need help. They decided to change servers and none of their instructions help. What a horrible company. If I could give a negative score for a review, I would. Unfortunately, I’m stuck with the 1 star.

Douglas is the best technician ever. He helped our store out the day after I called for help. He was diligent and didn’t leave until everything was perfect 🙂 thanks to him our 6 month music problem was fixed in 2 hours!!!

One of the worst companies and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We purchased over 10k dollars in equipment from Mood Media and they will not stand behind their product. Do not work with this company. Lots of threats from the company, but they don't want to resolve or stand behind their products. If I could I would leave less than one star.

I’ve been trying for five days to cancel my account on a closed business. Since I initially contacted them, they have billed me again. I’ve been put on hold for a total of 2 1/2 hours over five different phone calls only to be referred back to the same line that I had been on hold with. I can see why the reviews are so low. Absolutely disappointing

I love that it's a local Austin business, and appreciate what Mr Hicks has done for the community. But...customer service is not the best. Always transferred to the "Pandora" support, despite the Mood Media toll free number printed on the front of the box. Hopefully someone in the company can fix the Pandora/Mood confusion. Reliable and high quality content otherwise.
