I never heard of Mondo staffing until Brittany Hale reached out with a new opportunity. We talked through the opportunity and how it apply to my experience. Worked with Allie Horovitz in November at the tail end of a months-long job search. She was insightful, helpful, engaging, and thoughtful in bringing an opportunity to my attention that - frankly speaking - other recruiters had tried to get me to listen to, but I had passed on.

The time she took to ask questions of me and also to share information about the opportunity displayed the absolute best professionalism and consultative partnership in a way that I wish all recruiters would mimic.
