I highly recommend Sean as a college counselor! I started working with him at the beginning of my senior year and immediately felt at ease in the overwhelming college application process. My three boys have taken classes with MMT Preap for a few years now. They have enjoyed learning computer skills, scratch and python so far. The teachers make learning these skills fun and engaging. They look forward to learning each week. The Saturday classes have been great for the small classes and the teacher is wonderful. The classes at the elementary school are great as well. I would highly recommend the classes through MMT!

Thomas was very flexible because my daughter does a lot of sports so we constantly had to change around our tutoring schedule and he was accommodating. He had a very kind, encouraging and patient demeanor which was helpful in a very stressful process. I am a results oriented person so I wanted to wait for results before recommending but now I can say for sure I recommend this program. The detailed score reports were also very helpful.

We were a little late getting a college coach, but Sean was referred by a friend, so we contacted him right away. Sean had conversations with me (as the parent) to get my input and understanding on colleges, and then spent countless hours on calls with our daughter to get to know her—understanding where she’s coming from, her goals, dreams, and college concerns. Sean immediately developed a plan, set deadlines, and scheduled meetings with our daughter. He opened her eyes to colleges we had never heard of or thought of applying to. His assistance with the essays was extremely helpful, offering insights into what colleges look for and helping shape them correctly.

The only “problem” we faced was that our daughter applied to 16 colleges (4 were real reach schools) and got accepted to 10—a good problem, but it made narrowing down choices tough. In the end, she chose a school we never would have expected: the University of Michigan, where she is now happily enrolled. It’s the perfect fit, and the guidance we received from Sean was absolutely worth it!

Emma is very attentive to her students needs. I really appreciated the level she explained different concepts according to each subject. The faculty consists of highly qualified tutors who are ready to assist you in a wide range of subjects. They provide support with homework, projects, SAT prep, and more. I was able to see immediate growth in the subjects I had been struggling with.

Not only that, MMT greatly helped me in my college exploration. With their support and guidance, I was accepted into Carnegie Mellon University with options to many other prestigious universities. I would highly recommend this place to students of all ages who are looking to find success in their academic endeavors.
