First time using Minuteman. Relatively quick on results, decent quality with the exception on 1 print out of 10 that had odd lines on the print. (Shown in the photo) I placed an order of 16x20 foam mounted prints in a qty of 10. Overall, not bad!

Originally I was quoted $120 but when picking up was charged $159. I asked the reasoning and was told there was a shipping charge and prices have gone up,so my original quoted price wasn't honored. I asked on the phone if I needed to pre pay or put down a deposit and was told normally this was required but I could pay upon pick up. I offered to go on and pay anyway, but was told it was ok, just pay upon pick up this time. I thought that was super nice of them, but I'm wondering if this was justification on the price raise when I went to pick up.

Summary: Decent quality, relatively quick turn around, would recommend getting a signed quote in person as opposed to over the phone to be able to stick to the price.
