A good option to stay in Las Vegas. Prices for the amenities are unbelievably expensive. And don't touch anything in the fridge in your room, if you don't want a surprise on the bill. Even if you’re trying to store your personal stuff, the fridge has a kind of device that will charge you anyway. Besides that is a nice and clean hotel with good customer service.

Vegas used to be my favorite place! But I stayed at the Luxor, and I am so mortified by the way I was treated! There was fraud on my account- charges were made to my room from 5 different MGM hotels- 4 of which I never ever set foot in my entire stay! And because the charges made exceeded the amount of money available on my credit card- which was HUNDREDS of dollars- I was called and threatened to be kicked out of my room if I didn’t pay the amount of money owed! I went to the front desk and asked to speak with a manager. After a HUGE wait, I finally got to speak with one. She was short with me and made me feel like they thought I was lying. I begged her to have an investigation done on all charges, as I had not made them, and NOT ONE PERSON had a key to my room, or the information necessary to charge anything to the room. I had charged one meal to my room, and I guess someone heard me give the cashier my information. I asked them to please view whatever footage was available, as I know they have cameras EVERYWHERE. I never heard back from anyone, and I was unable to reach anyone about this after speaking to the manager. I have emails to back up my communication efforts. I was so bummed out because I had been saving $100 food credit for the last day of my 3-day trip. But instead, that $100, plus my entire room deposit. Plus the $500+ I had in my bank account all got used up by strangers who could not have possibly had my ID to prove their identity when making these charges against my account. It totally ruined my trip and humiliated me when they threatened to kick me out of my room. It was so embarrassing for me and stressful for my daughter, who had traveled with me to have a little mini vacation. I don’t know if I will be able to enjoy Vegas again for a very long time. This has completely devastated me.

Avoid MGM and their players club like the plague. They sell your information and you will be constantly harassed by telemarketers. I have repeatedly told them to remove me from there calling lists and notified MGM on at least 3 occasions to not sell my information or contact me yet I still am harassed. I will never again step foot in an MGM owned property.

Poor customer service, old stinky rooms, the fans are blowing so loud you can't sleep, beds are all indented, play a huge resort fee with no resort amenities, facilities only open from 9 to 5 pm, does not provide any water, slippers, or bathrooms. Not sure who in their right minds would stay here $100.00 a night?

I had a theft in my room on my day of check out. Security was called by the Concierge and I was given the opportunity to make a statement, however the manager was quick to assume I knew who the culprit was even going so far as to insinuate I had someone in my room before the theft took place. This was my first time in Vegas and my first time staying at this hotel.
Security mentioned thefts were very common in the area and no cameras are available on the hotel floors, only in the lobby and elevator.
The hotel didn't offer any options for me to remain until the issue was resolved or a discount on my bill or future stay. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I went to an interview at this establishment and was hired on the spot. I then came back for the processing appointment at which time I filled out paperwork and provided proof of my Identity, as well as Health Card, Birth Certificate, and Social Security Card. I began working at Aria Resort and Casino which I was let go due to my criminal background. But I give Aria Resort and Casino the utmost respect and would definitely recommend that wonderful establishment to anyone who asks where's a good place to enjoy themselves.
