Great permanent food truck. Grilled cheese themed. I had the meatloaf with ghost pepper cheese, awesome. Wife had the tomato and grilled cheese. Super big sandwiches. And super grate. Whish there was room enough to watch the live singer and guitar player.

These guys are great! Had a great Mac & cheese grilled cheese. Clearly a sports fan so we asked if he’d have the Chiefs game on the next day. Of course just for us! So we came back and enjoyed the fresh air and some beverages. This will definitely be a stop for us for our next trip to PS.

We are from Pagosa Springs and love the Melt Down. I just looked at the reviews for the first time and all reviews were five stars with the exception of three.Two of these were mad because the restaurant wasn't open and the third lady wanted a pickle.
Brian, your food is so creative and delicious you truly deserve five star ratings.
We enjoy our Saturday lunches at your your cool little establishment. We're sorry that your season will be coming to an end too soon.

Delicious sandwiches. My kids enjoyed the kids version of grilled cheese, my husband and I ordered two different types and then swapped halves. It was so good, we went back the next day and did the same thing to try two other of the Meltdown creations!

Very friendly staff and owner. They do not turn you away if you have your 4 footed friends with you and have water available for dogs.

Oh and a great Playlist while we sat in the courtyard and enjoyed our food. As a PA transplant to this part of the country, I appreciated the 'burgh vibe and being repeat customers we got a meltdown coozie.

From one "yinzer" to another, nostrovia! Already putting the coozie to good use with a PA brew, from the nation's oldest brewery.

What a fantastic little hidden gem. These folks are doing a great job. Friendly owners and really really really great food. We tried many things and loved it all. The waffle fries are perfect. I recommend you stop in.

Fantastic! These are not your standard grilled cheese. We had the Bleu and Thr Chikn 'at and they were fantastic. Cute little Courtyard area, friendly people and delicious food. Must try the specialty tomato sauce!

Super inviting and welcoming from the moment we arrived along with our dogs. We ordered the ghost and the bleu and they were both the best grilled cheese sandwiches we have ever had. We also ordered the waffle fries with the smoked tomato dip’n sauce and it was delish. When you are in the area, treat yourself to this place.

Best grub I had in Gosa. The chicken melt fries and marinara sauce were all bussin bussin. The outdoor seating is the perfect vibe to smash some melts and brews. It is a food truck though, so it takes a bit of time for the chow to be served, but it was well worth the wait. Yeehaw!!!
