We are small business owners trying to reach out to find a marketing company. Angela, the business develop director returned my call and seemed like we were going in a direction to get a marketing plan; She emailed me to ask my budget which I gave her and then got an email back stating our budget is not sufficient for us to be successful. Best of Luck... Being a new business owner, I would have expected at least to get feedback on what would be sufficient to be successful instead of just giving me best wishes. We would have increased our budget if we knew exactly what the budget consisted of but didn't even get that.
