I work a small company as part of my side business. I guess over time I just got used to the idea that it was a small business with a small budget and small results. I originally decided to speak with these guys based on a short YouTube video I had seen. It was more or less a guy saying we actually care and want to grow with you . Now over the years I've grown very skeptical of all Advertising companies and learned to outright dislike and distrust their sales people . That being said I look into all potential opportunities to grow my business. I set a meeting with two guys named ken and chris . They spent the better part of an hour and a half explaining to me what they had found pertaining to my google status and the most critical places to repair first . I had good reviews but the background was in total disarray . I instantly felt confidence in the two and signed up. It took a ridiculous amount of work on their part because I had had so many previous people and companies work on my site nothing matched up and I had almost no info to help them. They made calls, they rewrote things they got more done the first month than my previous SEO company had in 10. In addition they helped with design for campaigns that where in print. They took on a role of not just advertising but almost like a tech support. I can say in time ken and chris are not only the guys that do my SEO but I actually consider them friends now. They always have time for me, always do what they say they will and always help me far beyond their obligation. I would recommend them to anyone that is not my competitor.
